REE values your right to privacy and to be supported in accessing online information that is useful to you as well as your right to be safe and protected from harm at all times. When you message REE anonymously your conversation is always private and confidential. But be aware that you use REE on the understanding that in circumstances where you might tell REE that you or another young person are being harmed or are at risk of being harmed or self-harming and you give REE identity and contact details, CLC will be legally bound to pass this information on to social services and/or the police so you can get the help and protection from harm that you need as quickly as possible. REE will also advise you to speak to someone who can help you in this situation and will give you useful numbers to call if you need help right away.
