My child had access to counselling at school, can they still get this during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Counselling will be provided for young people via telephone or secure online video calling at the same time and day as when they would have been provided in school. ‘Drop In’ sessions will be provided via telephone at the same time and day as when they would have been delivered in school. Referrals from young people, teachers and parents will be arranged as usual via the school Key Contact/Deputy Key Contact who will manage the waiting list. The Key Contact will liaise closely with the Counsellor to ensure that all young people who request counselling receive it. Pupils and parents should contact their school for more details.
